Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and OneCal ("we", "us") for your use of the OneCal app and website. By creating an account or using OneCal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use OneCal.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use OneCal.
  • Provide accurate information and an email address you control.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • One person per account. Do not share or sell accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or violate anyone else’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Link or access email accounts or calendars that you are not authorized to use.
  • Upload malware, or try to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to OneCal or its systems.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service, or use automated means to create accounts.

Your content

You own the events, notes, and other content you add to OneCal. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use it for advertising.

Reminders and accuracy

OneCal helps you organize events and RSVP deadlines, but it is a convenience tool. Dates and times entered by voice or detected automatically may be wrong, and reminders may not always arrive. Please double-check important dates, and do not rely on OneCal for anything where a missed event could cause serious harm.

Changes to the service

We are continually improving OneCal and may add, change, or remove features. OneCal is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your agreement.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account & security → Delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first.

Disclaimers

OneCal is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed events, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to OneCal is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use OneCal after that means you accept the updated terms.
